Service dept. was very friendly and got me out on time. The people in sales walk by me while I was waiting in the show for my truck and they never spoke to me, just walk on by. It’s ok I will never buy from them again anyway.

The oil change was fine. But they were to do a detail on the vehicle because it wasn't done when I bought the vehicle. The exterior with the exception of the bed was fine but the interior was just as dirty basically as when I left it. The mats were just brushed and dust still on dashboard and window still dirty in places .

Tom, the GM was very responsive via our email discussions on the vehicle and the price. We had an agreement made before I came to the dealership to test drive the truck. Finalizing the sale details, the paperwork and delivery was handled by Ruby (and the Finance person) who were very pleasant to work with. No complaints.
