The repair work was done satisfactory. However, when I went to the sliding glass window, in the service bay, to pay my bill, I was "greeted" by an unsmiling, bored, and seemingly unmotivated Moore's Chevrolet employee. She looked at me with a frown on her face and said "name?" No greeting. No acknowledgement. Showed no interest and looked annoyed that I had "bothered her. I expect that kind of customer service at a McDonald's drive thru window, not at Moore's Chevrolet in Clarksville, VA. You need to do better in with customer service and actually treat the customer as a valued person.

Very pleasant experience. This was my first time using the Moore's Chevrolet dealership for the service on my Tahoe. I made my appointment over the phone, and I left the vehicle there the night before. They called as soon as they were finished and were very pleasant and attentive when I arrived to pay and pick up my vehicle. Will certainly be returning!

The oil change was fine. But they were to do a detail on the vehicle because it wasn't done when I bought the vehicle. The exterior with the exception of the bed was fine but the interior was just as dirty basically as when I left it. The mats were just brushed and dust still on dashboard and window still dirty in places .

Tom, the GM was very responsive via our email discussions on the vehicle and the price. We had an agreement made before I came to the dealership to test drive the truck. Finalizing the sale details, the paperwork and delivery was handled by Ruby (and the Finance person) who were very pleasant to work with. No complaints.
